At this early stage, many links to archive material may work but do not yet have the archive available. Here are a few notes to help users until an official 'archive status' structure is put in place: UNSORTED: Indicates that a complete master copy of the content exists but has not yet beed digitized (test): Idicates the item is simply a placemarker to aid in development of the site and does not contain content.Soon there will be an icon structure in the left navigation structure to indicate the status of known archives, for example:
Archive known to exist but no copy is available - Archive has been aquired
- Archive has been digitized and uploaded but is incomplete
- Archive is complete but has no summary, research notes or related items
- Archive is complete and summarized
- Archive is complete and transcribed
- Archive is complete, transcribed, an introduction and sampling of the archive exists, commentary has been added and all reference material (where available) has been included and/or linked to
