Thank you so much for the audio links. I listen to BOb while I do my work.

I have to listen to Bob...I can't read Bob.

I have an intensly visual job. I'm at a computer doing technical writing all day long...lots of text, with detailed references to other material and schematics.

So when I take a break from work the last thing I want to do is read anything that requires a lot of time or attention.

Thanks again.

I wish I was joking...I used to read all the time. Now I struggle to finish a book. I was starting to think I was depressed before I heard your stuff last spring. Now I think I'm just visually saturated.

THe damn program I write with all day is Dos based and is little better than a typewriter, it does have some limited cut & paste but nothing else.

It pays well, I make my own hours, and no one really bothers me, and I'm free to listen to internet radio all day while I work...Howard Stern, BBC, Thom Hartman, Dreamland, NPR, Randi Rhoades, BOB.

Ra-di-a-tion. Yes, indeed. You hear the most outrageous lies about it. Half-baked goggle-box do-gooders telling everybody it's bad for you. Pernicious nonsense. Everybody could stand a hundred chest X-rays a year. They ought to have them, too.

one of my favorite quotes from one of my favorite movies.

they even describe xenochrony in that movie. plate'o'shrimp.

Quote:
A lot o' people don't realize what's really going on. They view life as a bunch o' unconnected incidents 'n things. They don't realize that there's this, like, lattice o' coincidence that lays on top o' everything. Give you an example; show you what I mean: suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
