Post subject: Connie Dobbs Wins Prestigious ("Old School") Award Reply with quote

A blog reader recently told me how magnesium cured her of heart palpitations. Her email came hot on the heels of an award I just received: "The Arrhythmia Alliance Outstanding Medical Contribution to Cardiac Rhythm Management Services Award 2012" at The Heart Rhythm Congress organized by the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS), Sept 23-26, 2012.

The HRS is an international organization with a staff of 45 professionals whose mission is to improve the care of patients by promoting research, education and optimal health care policies and standards in the field of heart arrhythmia.

When I wrote back to my blog reader and mentioned my award, she said it would be much more appropriate to call it the 'Making Miserable People Happy Award!'

I wasn't able to travel to Birmingham, England to receive my award but you can go to the Heart Rhythm Congress to find out more about this organization.

I was actually amazed that I received such an award because The Heart Rhythm Society is very science- and research-oriented. By awarding me this honor, they are outright acknowledging the important role of magnesium in the treatment of arrhythmia.

Drs. Burton and Bella Altura, two prominent magnesium researchers, with ONE THOUSAND magnesium studies under their collective belts, agreed to write the foreword to my book, The Magnesium Miracle, because with all their scientific research they were still not reaching the public. They felt my book could do just that.

Today, with this award, magnesium has hit mainstream and there is no going back! Take this book to your friends, family, and your doctors. Send people to the HRS website and say, if the Heart Rhythm Society can acknowledge The Magnesium Miracle and Dr. Dean, then so can you!!

But enough about me, here are the inspiring words from my blog reader about her magnesium miracle.

"I want to thank you so much for your book The Magnesium Miracle.. It is no overstatement to say that it has changed my life overnight. I'm only 31 years old but for over ten years I have been plagued by Premature Atrial Contractions (PACs), Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVCs) and tachycardia. I was told by multiple doctors that I was fine and to just go home and ignore them.

I kept crawling back to them hoping that they could offer me some solution, but all they would do is run more tests and try to put me on Zoloft. There was one year that I had more echocardiograms than haircuts!

Several months ago my palpitations increased from the once-in-a-while range to everyday, several times a day. While desperately reading through some posts in an online forum I saw several people singing the praises of your book and of the wonders of magnesium which had worked for them.

I purchased some magnesium and after prayerfully taking my first dose 4 days ago I have not had a single PVC since! It's truly a miracle.Even though the first day after starting magnesium I was double slammed with a terrible head cold and the first day of my period and still had zero palpitations. Ordinarily a day like that would have me kicking out PVCs like a popcorn machine. What a Godsend.

I used to be that woman who was afraid to even go to the grocery store for fear of dropping over dead from a heart attack. I was the woman who would look longingly at my husband and kids curled up on the couch with pillows and blankets on movie night, but I'd be upstairs cleaning and dusting for fear that if I sat down the palpitations would come. Now I feel like Scrooge on Christmas morning with a new lease on life.

I asked my husband "Do you think this is how the leper in the Bible felt after Jesus healed him? I just want to run through the streets kicking up my heels! I have already convinced half a dozen people to read your book and give magnesium a try for various ailments.

This supplement has been such a blessing to me and has given me my life back. I am so glad there are people like you out there willing to point patients in a natural direction for good health. I would be honored, flattered and proud to have you share my story. Please continue in your efforts to bring more light to this mini miracle."

What my blog reader mentioned next made the hairs on my head stand on end. She said, "Aside from being a mommy, I am also a part time dental hygienist, and I will be telling several of my patients about your book. You have very interesting info in your book on fluoride; we need to learn more about that in our field."

Here's the bad news about fluoride. It binds up magnesium so tightly that it's irrevocably lost from the body interfering with it's thousands of interactions.Besides water and dental fluorides, this poison is purposely used in hundreds of medications. On the Fluoride Toxicity Research Collaborative you can click on the following classes of drugs that contain fluoride to see the lists of specific drugs. Anesthetics, Antacids, Anti-anxiety, Antibiotics (Fluoroquinolones), Antidepressants, Antifungals, Anti-inflammatories, Antimalarial, Appetite suppressants, Arthritis drugs, Antipsychotics, Chemotherapy, Statins, Steroids.

So, if you are exposed to fluoride, like my blog reader, you will need even more magnesium than double the RDA and it would be good to drink fluoride-free water.

I think you have to agree with me that magnesium is a life-saver. To get enough magnesium I recommend several magnesium products below as well as a product that I'm privately labeling called ReMag. It's a Pico-Ionic form of magnesium that's 100% absorbed at the cellular level because of its small size.
